The current electric hot pot range includes 3L, 4L and 5L detachable models, a 3L multifunctional hot pot, a 5L dual-flavor hot pot and a 4L hot pot with a dedicated griddle pan. Different combinations of capacity, power, cooking functions and pot structures allow the range to cover compact personal use as well as family and group meals.

YODOIT's electric hot pots combine hot pot cooking with functions such as boiling, steaming, frying, searing, stewing and porridge preparation, depending on the model. OEM support includes logo customization, packaging, voltage and plug specifications, while selected models also support optional accessories and multilingual manuals.

OEM Electric Hot Pot Customization

Logo customization: YODOIT supports silk-screen printing or engraving of brand logos on selected product bodies and packaging.

Inner Pot and Heating Design

The Honeycomb-Textured Gold series uses an alloy-based inner pot with a dual-spray honeycomb-textured non-stick coating. The textured structure is designed to support heat distribution while reducing sticking and making the cooking surface easier to maintain.

The heating base is integrated with the pot structure to support heat transfer across the cooking surface. A precision thermostat provides temperature regulation and overheat protection on the Honeycomb-Textured Gold series.

For the 4L/1300W multifunctional model, the 3D heating structure is designed to circulate heat around the cooking area, while the heating plate is closely fitted to the pot body to reduce heat loss.

Manufacturing and Quality Control

YODOIT's published manufacturing process for the electric hot pot range includes integrated deep drawing for pot bodies, coating treatment for non-stick inner pots, heating-plate assembly and functional testing. The Honeycomb-Textured Gold series undergoes power-on, temperature-control, waterproofing and wear-resistance testing.

The 4L multifunctional model also undergoes power-on, temperature-control, waterproofing and wear-resistance testing before shipment. Its detachable interface incorporates waterproof protection and insulation considerations around the electrical base.
